BugHarbor offers subscription-based services with various billing cycles (monthly and annual). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are generally not provided once payment has been processed. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days of your subscription period, you may be eligible for a full refund of the unused portion, subject to the terms below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual subscriptions canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase date may be eligible for a full refund
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the billing period has started
  • Annual subscriptions canceled after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
  • Any fees for services already used or consumed
  • Third-party fees or charges (payment processing fees, etc.)
  • Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Use

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days after approval
  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund approval
  • You will lose access to premium features upon cancellation

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee window for annual subscriptions.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback, as we are typically able to resolve concerns more quickly and effectively.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
