By accessing and using BugHarbor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
BugHarbor is a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to collect, manage, and respond to feedback from their customers and users. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and integrations designed to facilitate feedback collection and management.

To use the Service, you must:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information

7. Payment and Billing
If you purchase a subscription to the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BugHarbor, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
